Where are you located?
Nina's Fabric Shoppe is an online shop. We ship from our studio in New York.

When will my order ship?
We ship most orders out in 1-3 days. Please keep in mind that we're a small shop and there are only two of us so we may get a little backed up during busy times. If you're on a strict timeline, please let us know and we'll do everything we can!

When will I get my fabric?
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Delivery times are based on your location but most orders seem to deliver in 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that the USPS does have their own set of challenges and we are seeing some significant delays in some areas. We have received reports of packages sitting in distribution centers for several weeks before starting to move again. This is rare, but it does happen. Again, if you have a strict timeline, please contact us to discuss the options available.

The tracking information says my package was delivered but it wasn't!
We ship via USPS and we know they are having their own challenges at the moment. There have been regular reports of packages being scanned as delivered that don't actually get delivered until the next day. If your package isn't delivered the day after the scan, let us know and we'll help track it down. 

I ordered two fabrics but only got one!
Please take all of the fabric out of the package and unfold it completely. We usually fold fabrics together for packaging and it's sometimes difficult to tell what is in the package without removing it completely. Every order is double checked before it's packaged and the weight of the package is cross checked against the order before the label is printed. 

I didn't get the fabric that I ordered!
We do make mistakes sometimes! If you received something other than what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss options for resolution.

Where is your fabric made?
We don't manufacture or print fabric. We are a retail fabric store and carry many of the same popular quilting fabric designers that you would find in your local fabric store. For more information about their manufacturing processes, please contact the individual designers.

Do you have _______ fabric?
We normally carry more than 500 different fabrics in the shop. You can use the Shop Fabrics menu to browse by category or click the magnifying glass to search for a specific fabric. As an FYI, we are sticklers when it comes to intellectual property rights and we only carry officially licensed character fabrics that we purchase direct from the company that has licensed the use of the images from the copyright holder. You can check the Licensed section of the shop to see what we currently have in stock. If it isn't listed there, we don't have it.

Can you print a fabric for me?
We're a retail fabric shop. We don't print or manufacture fabric which also means we don't print custom fabric. 

Am I allowed to sell things I make with the fabric I buy from you?
This is a legal question that we, as a retail store, are not qualified to answer. We suggest contacting an attorney or asking the designer directly.

Shipping and Charges?
We charge $5 for all orders below $20, and $8.50 for all orders over $20 and below $50. Everything over $50 will ship for free. We ship most orders within 3-4 days, often sooner. During exceptionally busy times such as sales, holidays, etc. shipping may take a bit longer. At this time, we only ship to United States addresses. For international orders, we suggest using My US to forward your order.

How can I pay?
We offer multiple payment options including credit/debit card payments through ShopPay and PayPal along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payment methods are secure and offer various dispute resolution. If you're concerned about the safety of your payment, or your recourse options if you don't receive the products you paid for, I would suggest using PayPal for checkout. They are still the gold standard for consumer protection and have the easiest dispute resolution process.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product.  However, if you have issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve as quickly as possible. We are a small shop but mistakes do happen and we appreciate your patience for incorrect or missing items.

Do you offer local pickup?
Local delivery and in person pickups are currently suspended. We hope to offer this service again at some point in the future but, due to COVID-19 and other issues, all orders will be shipped.
